How We Work
Every project is unique. We do not use one-size-fits-all contracts. Scope, timeline, revisions, payment terms, and deliverables are discussed and agreed upon directly with you before any work begins. A custom agreement is prepared for each engagement based on our conversation.
Project Engagement
No work starts without a signed agreement and initial payment. The specific terms of that agreement — including deposit percentage, milestone schedule, revision rounds, and final delivery format — are tailored to your project and communicated clearly upfront.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you. This is specified in your project agreement. Until then, all work remains our property. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Revisions & Scope
The number of revision rounds and what constitutes a revision versus a new scope item is defined in your project agreement. Additional work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before proceeding.
Payments & Refunds
Payment structure is project-specific and outlined in your agreement. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled mid-way, you pay for work completed to date.
Liability
We deliver design and development work to the best of our ability. We are not liable for business losses, downtime, or issues arising from third-party services, hosting providers, or platforms we do not control. Specific liability limits are addressed in your individual agreement.
Governing Law
Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. We prefer to resolve issues through direct communication rather than formal proceedings.
Changes to These Terms
This page may be updated occasionally. The terms that apply to you are those in the agreement you signed for your specific project, not whatever appears on this page at any given moment.
